So, is this a modern, shades of grey, tough decision about shooting orcs as they could be lawful good...or a easy-peasy old school, they're orcs, you're an elf shoot them first and why would you even consider asking questions?

I'm asking, as we should know up front, but since it's an old school game I'm hoping it's old school they're evil, not redeemable!

Did Wist see the other pysk? Did he see Linis kill one of his own people?

No on both accounts.  You don't even see Linis.(he has never started he became visible again) Wist is unaware there is another pysk.  He only know what Linis had said out loud.

I am on RPOL daily...sometimes more often!

I know what you mean, I just started a new game, we are in the very first scene and one PC has not posted at all!

With only two characters at the moment, it is great as I can post as soon as I see a Linis post! In other games, I try to wait until all the characters have posted before I jump in again.

The games in RPOL are incredibly diverse in posting. Unfortunately for me, only one made it to the end of the story, in 18 months or so, I have been in at least a dozen games that just died off. I think the worst was a game that the DM asked for full character sheets and then never posted! I still wonder if he was just looking to poach some PCs/NPCs!

Wist started with a bow and a handaxe only. This little intro has been very rewarding for him!
